05 Feb Tuesdays Highlights from Treginnis
Daily update from Treginnis
After breakfast today, we hiked in to St David’s- the UK’s smallest city! When we arrived, we had a tour of the cathedral where we learned lots about the choir and some interesting history about the building and it’s significance. After a picnic lunch we walked into the main square and sat in the sunshine, eating ice creams. We then returned to Treginnis Farm and on the way Bilal and Jo arrived by taxi to great excitement from everyone. We got Bilal & Jo kitted out and introduced them to farm life. In the evening we gathered round the fire pit, ate toasted marshmallows and gazed up at the stars in the clear night sky. Neville, pointed out planets and stars and the children were very interested and knowledgeable and asked many intelligent questions. A great evening was had by all!
