Year 5 have enjoyed practical Science this half-term whilst learning about ‘Properties and changes of materials’.
This week, we mixed a chemical substance (bicarbonate of soda) with acid (vinegar) and produced gas from the chemical reaction – enough to partially inflate a balloon!
